Hi Andreas Liewald, and Thank you for your Video. I have a friend who has been deemed Mentally Ill. My friend is living in a State Group Home, and because he is confined their and cannot leave he chooses to NOT pay rent for residing in the Group Home. My friend manages his life so well that you would never know that he is Mentally Ill; he even manages his Money very well. The State is applying for Guardianship of my friend to try to get control of his Federal Benefit Money. What can my friend do to Prove that he does NOT need a Guardianship, so that the Court will NOT grant Guardianship to a Proxy of the State?

I didn't pay directly, I performed the bill by claiming the interest in the account and sending them a notice and tender of payment via a letter of instructions telling them to apply the Principal's balance to the Principal's account for set off. It's called a Performance. That counts as payment. How do enforce my rights as the agent to the principal and a breach of contract because the lease was created and being held in trust. The apt is the Trustee and they have violated the contract by holding on to the interest.

We are being evicted by an Administrator who gave up her right by quitclaim on 2005. We live in California and the eviction lawyers filed a EJ130 based on a 60 day notices, no advance written notice was given or reason why we are being evicted. We never got a chance to reply to the proper forms because we thought the 60 day notice was a joke. We have now a default against us and a lockout is going to happen tomorrow at 6 am. The judge did not stop it based on what he said we were late. I also asked about jurisdiction but he still left things as they were. Regardless of the jurisdiction of it, they didn't follow proper procedure to evict. We are not renters, the house belongs to the person who was willed it and in the trust as executor, beneficiary and administrator. Yet regardless of all the faux pas, we are going to be locked out tomorrow.

It’s insane it’s such a sought after career but has the most suicides. It’s in the top 5. Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Pharmacists and Dentists. All highly sought after careers. With the top suicide rate. Stop chasing prestige and do something with your life that will make you happy day to day.

Thank you I’m not being a evicted yet but my landlord who uses Door Loop charge me late charges I’ve always tried to pay my rent on time and I was told that the rent would be automatically deducted by Door Loop. It was not automatically deducted and they charged me late charges so I called Door Loop and told him they have refunded my money but the landlord hasn’t refunded it yet, his name is Dekel SAATI he represents success DS properties in Phoenix Arizona. I live in Bisbee Arizona in Park Bisbee. They haven’t refunded my money yet and I reported it to the BBB I’m thinking about reporting it to the city court do you have any suggestions?

I live in utah with a 7 month pregnant wife. Im 40 never had an eviction. This is our first child. Shes quite a bit younger than me. This pregnancy has been really hard on her. She is very emotional and tempramental. We moved in the first of march. We payed 3600$ to move in. Its a small basement apartment. Rent is 1300. We paid first last and 1000$ deposit with 500$ of it non refundable. Our lease is for a year. Well 7 days in me and my wife got into a heated argument and she wouldnt let me leave. So i called the police. She was issued 2 citations by the police i didnt press charges and told the police i just wanted to leave for the night to let things calm down. The police issued her 2 citations one for destruction of property (my computer got broke). And another for not allowing me to leave (restraining me). The district attoney dropped both charges the next day because they were cleary unwarrented. About 10 later we got in another argument i packed a bag and left to stay with family till things calmed down. Not realizing i had one of her phones. (We have 4 phones between the 2 of us). She was upset i wouldnt come home. It was a saturday when i left. I told her i would come back monday. On sunday we argued over the phone. She wanted me to come back that day. I refused and told her tomorrow morning ill come home. So she called the police and told them i stole her phone they wouldnt do anything since its a civil matter. So she called back after talking with friends and decided to tell the police i stole her phone to prevent her from calling 911. Which is odd because she called them from her other phone. So the police in our town called the police in my family members town to come arrest me for "stealing" her phone. And my arrest didn't even happen at our apartment. I was arrested 25 miles from here. I got a theft charge for it which im still fighting. Anyway after getting booked into jail for the first time in my life i was released 2 hours later. The next day i came home and we made up. That was 18 days after moving in. The 19th my landlord called and gave us a 3 day eviction notice for "criminal activity" and being a nusience. That was the 19th of march. She hasnt filed it with the court yet but she still insists shes going to. She never asked what happened or ever told us anything we can do to fix it or anything. She refuses to take our rent for april. It was due the 5th of april. Weve begged her to just discuss it. And weve offered to just give us time to find a new place and just accept our rent for april. She refuses. It's now the 8th of april. Ive never been in this position and with my wife being 7 months pregnant and after putting every dime we had into this place im terrified about whats going to happen or if we even stand a chance fighting the eviction in court. I dont have the money to get a new place right now and from my landlords attitude im guessing she will find a way to justify keeping the portion of our deposit that's refundable and not give me the balance of my last months rent I paid. Im just beside myself with worry. Hopefully someone actually reads all that and might have some advice.

I'm in the situation with unfair treatment from HR as well as the director of the company. They protect people who are directly make money for the organization and disrepect a person who contribute effort for the growth of an organization. In addition, bias/unfair management create toxic working enviroment so they should get condemn & punish toward the law. Best advise for anyone who work in that kinds of organization should move on and looking for another workplace.
